Ambition. Or greed?
Spring Festival 2011 is coming up! And I am excited and grateful to have that as a distraction. Learning a bunch of new songs. Among other things. Yay.
Also, I went to the doctor yesterday. Doctor #2. HE IS FLAWLESS TBH. I WILL BE HEALED.
Told me to lie stomach down on the table and was poking my heels/ankles. Then BOOM, he hit the right spot and I was howling in pain :| Then he was like, "You have Achilles Tendonitis."
So now I have to take medication, one tablet a day, and I'll be fine. But if I'm not, then he'll have to give me an injection. Weow. But yes! All good~ Should have gone to him first >.> But he's too far. Lazy~ Then I was freaking out about how to get home because mum dropped me off cause she had to work and Randwick is a lame place to be, tbh. Then as I walked out of the clinic, I SEE NICOLE. HOORAY I WAS SAVED. THANK YOU, JESUS. So I hung out with her for a bit and then she showed me how to get to Central Station and I went home~ Heheh.
ANYWAY. We just had our Spring Festival music practice tonight. Our first prac! YAY. Practiced Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman. But the small keyboard at church I was supposed to use is like, broken or something =| So Ci Irma let me use her iPad. It was so strange, hahaha. Ci Wenny also asked me to emcee the event on Sunday. I was like, "No." But she was like, "I have confidence in you." :| So I guess I'm doing it. Not sure who my partner will be - either Cree or Josh. Ci Wenny said I'm the default, so I have to do it. Yeah... But because I'm doing it, she told Ci Irma not to let me play too many songs in the band. SHE WON'T LET ME DO ROLLING IN THE DEEP. THAT'S MAH JAM, YO. ASDFGHJKL. No words. None.
I was begging her to let me do it and she was like, "Don't be greedy!" I was like, "I'm ambitious!" And she's like, "That's why you have me ;)" NO, CI, NO. ADELEEEE. I did feel very Slytherin-ish though. HAHA. Yeah. Ko Yau was like, "What's going on?" And Ci Wenny's like, "She wants to be an all-rounder." TROLOL. But I am excited (in a way) to be emcee-ing. Never done that before. It'll be interesting.
Jett, Jocelyne and fam are going to Hong Kong on Thursday :( They're leaving meeee. I'll miss them D:
I also bought another shirt and a navy blue scarf on Saturday! Weow. So proud :')
